Healthy lifestyle and, as part of it, balanced nutrition have always played a central role in my life.
I completed my studies at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Semmelweis University, and I specialize in gut microbiome-associated diseases and their prevention. My main area of interest is intestinal barrier damage, exploring its possible causes, and addressing these through lifestyle and nutritional therapy interventions.
As a dietitian, I work daily to create a healthy, thriving environment for the gut microbiome, where a diverse range of beneficial gut bacteria can flourish, thereby supporting my patients on their path to recovery.
In the BiomTEAM team, I primarily focus on the dietary management of GERD (reflux) and diverticulosis.
